Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 8 years of project management experience.
• At least 8 years managing projects with budgets exceeding $20 million.
• At least 8 years managing IT projects in large, complex enterprise environments.
• At least 8 years managing vendors or third-party solution providers.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders and system or business owners across departments.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments in a government setting.
• Experience providing project management services for IT projects involving Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) technology.
• Experience overseeing technical teams working on system architecture and integration across SaaS solutions.
• Preferred: PMP certification or another relevant project management certification.
• Preferred: Experience with project portfolio management systems and tools, such as Clarity.
• Preferred: Experience in state government, a Department of Corrections, or another public sector agency.
• Candidates based within an hour of Lansing, Michigan are highly desired.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource assignments, and budgets using project portfolio management tools.
• Monitor and control project progress across cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Prepare status updates and presentations for executives, managers, and project teams.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with sponsors, stakeholders, technical teams, program managers, and management.
• Bring technical and business teams together, build consensus, and secure stakeholder commitment.
• Coordinate project interfaces with other agencies.
• Ensure projects follow established methodologies and advance through the appropriate lifecycle stages.
• Manage change requests and obtain required approvals before implementing changes to scope, schedule, or budget.
• Assess how project changes affect business benefits and keep project documentation current.
• Review vendor contracts, monitor vendor deliverables, and ensure deliverables follow approval procedures.
• Coordinate stakeholders, clarify expectations, and ensure project deliverables are assigned, reviewed, and completed.
• Oversee technical teams working on system architecture and integration across SaaS solutions.
