As our Lead IV Tech , you'll do more than deliver exceptional IV treatments—you'll help shape clinic operations, mentor your team, and contribute to a supportive, positive culture that prioritizes holistic health and client care.
Administer IV infusions and IM injections with precision and care
Lead daily clinic operations and ensure efficient patient flow
Collaborate with leadership on inventory, scheduling, and supply ordering
Assist with mentoring new IV Techs
Maintain clinical standards for documentation, sanitation, and safety
Educate clients about IV therapy, supplement protocols, and wellness options
Promote a welcoming, team-oriented, and service-focused clinic environment
Active Arizona Paramedic (NRP)
Minimum 1 year of strong IV placement experience
BLS certification
Strong clinical skills with calm, professional bedside manner
Excellent communication and leadership qualities
Passion for wellness, integrative medicine, and holistic health care
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
