Job Description:
Leads IT projects from planning through execution, coordinating teams, resources, and timelines to ensure alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables, while managing risks and dependencies.
Facilitates sprint planning and stand-ups, collaborating with technical and product teams to break down complex projects into prioritized action plans.
They create visibility into project status and progress for stakeholders and drive mitigation plans as needed.
Certifications like PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are beneficial.
