Located in Suwannee County in North Central Florida, Live Oak combines the character of a traditional rural community with a surprisingly strategic location. It is small enough to feel personal and connected, but close enough to several larger cities that residents can reach the amenities, healthcare, shopping, and entertainment of a metropolitan area without living in one. Live Oak offers a small-town feel with affordable housing, outdoor recreation, community, and access to larger cities.
